By continuing to use the website after having a reasonable opportunity to read these Terms, you agree to follow them. If you do not agree, do not use the website or download, access, or request a Poker-Eye service through it.
These Terms do not replace mandatory rights that cannot be waived under applicable law. They also do not replace the separate terms of a poker room, messaging platform, download provider, agent, seller, or other third party.
About Poker-Eye
Poker-Eye provides software-related information, product access links, guidance and support for compatible poker environments. Poker-Eye is independent software. It is not a poker room, casino, gambling operator, financial institution or payment processor, and it does not accept wagers or control a user's poker-room account.
Some Poker-Eye functions may analyze visible table context, provide an action cue, or perform a supported in-game action selected by the application. Features, compatibility, Fuel rates, access methods, and permitted use can change by room, game type, configuration, and location.
The website may also publish educational, editorial, comparison, review, and support content. That content is informational and does not create a promise of a particular result.
Eligibility and Adult Use
You may use the website only if you are at least 18 years old and also meet the legal-age requirement that applies in your location.

- misrepresent your identity, age, authority, or relationship with Poker-Eye;

Poker-Eye may change, suspend or restrict access to the public website when reasonably necessary to protect users, infrastructure, rights or compliance.
Downloads, Accounts, Agents and Fuel
Download, login, support and Fuel links may lead to external services or agent-managed arrangements. The seller, agent, user-panel operator, messaging service or download provider may have separate terms covering access, payment, refunds, delivery, credits, account management and support.
These Terms do not replace separate commercial terms. Before payment or activation, the applicable price, product, duration, refund or cancellation conditions and seller information should be confirmed through the relevant transaction channel.
Fuel is used per hand or round, and the rate can depend on the room and game type. Check current values through the official Poker-Eye Support channel before use. Promotional trial or Fuel statements on the website are not permanent contractual promises unless the current offer expressly says otherwise.
AI Guidance and Automation
Poker-Eye may provide a configurable action cue based on available table context or perform supported in-game actions in an automated mode. The user still chooses whether to use the product, joins a room and table manually where stated, selects the operating mode and remains responsible for use.
AI output and automated actions can be incomplete, delayed, unavailable or incorrect. Network loss, unsupported layouts, changed room interfaces, incomplete context, device limitations or product errors can affect the result.
Poker-Eye does not guarantee that a recommendation is optimal, that an automated action will execute as intended, or that use is permitted by a particular poker room. Current room rules take priority.
Poker and Financial Risk
Poker involves financial risk and uncertain outcomes. No software, strategy, statistic, prior result or support interaction guarantees profit, a win rate, recovery of losses or a positive return.
Do not treat Poker-Eye content or output as financial, legal, tax or investment advice. Decide whether and how much to play based on your own circumstances, local requirements and responsible-play limits.
If gambling is causing harm or loss of control, stop and seek appropriate local support. Poker-Eye is not a treatment provider or a poker-room self-exclusion service.
Content and Editorial Material
Articles, guides, reviews, comparisons and product pages are intended to help readers understand the subject at the time of publication or review. Product versions, prices, support, ownership, room rules and regional availability can change.

Third-Party Services and Links
